A collective hightlight of my project keypoints, resprensenting User Experience and Human-centered design as an adaptive process to different opportunity spaces. Together these projects speak to UX design, as a whole, rather than a presentation of the same artifacts for every project:
While trying to book a tee-time on my iPad, the input arrangements on the landing page were causing an inconsistent, frustrating experience compared to the desktop experience. I discovered that the responsive web framework was re-arranging the order in which I was used to on the desktop viewport and I was having to "learn" rather than complete a task I had done many times on the desktop.
A Human Centered Design (HCD) Team Project
An opportunity to work on a collaboration with young designers, combining mixed methods of research, and utilizing multiple remote team tools (for the first time).
Our team utilized the design-thinking principles of Acumen & IDEO.org to propose an experiential learning workshop intended to remove stigma around hiring people with disabilities and help improve their career opportunities.
